We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven
Admission Counselor
to join our team and guide prospective students through the enrollment journey for our language courses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and the ability to clearly explain course offerings to students and parents. Both
freshers and experienced professionals
are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents about available language courses and help them select the right program based on their goals.
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain a deep understanding of course structures, pricing, schedules, and learning outcomes.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets through effective sales and conversion strategies.
Assist walk-in students, resolve queries, and provide accurate information regarding admissions.
Maintain student data, track progress of applications, and update CRM systems regularly.
Participate in events, webinars, and promotional activities to increase course visibility.
Ensure a positive and smooth admission experience from counseling to enrollment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred; additional languages are a bonus).
Ability to understand student needs and guide them effectively.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply; prior experience in counseling, sales, or education will be an advantage.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for helping students succeed.
