Number of positive parent testimonials or referrals
Resolution of parent queries or concerns
Contribution to parent engagement events / orientation sessions
Marketing & Outreach Support
Coordination with teachers for assessments
Working with transport department for route planning
Parent Counselling & School Tours
Enquiry Handling & Lead Management
Conversion of Enquiries to Admissions
Teamwork with administration for student onboarding
Handling Reception and queries
Sending replies of the mail and solve parents queries which receive on phone.
