Provide accurate, engaging, and up-to-date information about Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs, including eligibility criteria, curriculum structure, career paths, and placement opportunities.
Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and chat to understand their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
Conduct personalized counseling sessions to assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs aligned with their goals.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the admission journey, offering ongoing support, guidance, reminders, and motivation until enrollment is complete.
Achieve monthly enrollment, conversion, and follow-up targets while ensuring high levels of student satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions, progress, and follow-up activities using the CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience; prior experience in admissions, academic counseling, customer engagement, or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and people skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic, student-centric counseling approach.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
