Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and chat to understand their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
Offer personalized counseling sessions to assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs aligned with their goals.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the admission process--offering continuous support, reminders, and motivation until successful enrollment.
Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets while maintaining high standards of service quality and student satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions, progress, and follow-ups using the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive student experience from inquiry to enrollment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Any Graduation or Post Graduation degree.
0-2 years of experience. (Prior experience in
admissions, academic counseling, customer engagement, or inside sales
is preferred but not mandatory.)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills with an empathetic, student-centered approach.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
