We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated
Admission Counselor
to join our team in Noida. The Admission Counselor will play a critical role in helping prospective students navigate the admission process, providing personalized guidance, and assisting with course selection to meet academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
:
Student Consultation
: Engage with prospective students to understand their educational and career aspirations. Offer personalized advice regarding suitable courses, institutions, and programs.
Admission Process Management
: Assist students with the application and admission processes, ensuring all required documents and information are accurately submitted.
Information and Guidance
: Provide detailed information about various courses, universities, scholarships, and other opportunities available to students.
Follow-up
: Maintain regular communication with potential students to ensure they are aware of deadlines, application statuses, and any updates related to their admission process.
Student Records Management
: Keep detailed records of student interactions and applications. Track progress and follow up where necessary.
Support Services
: Assist students with visa and travel arrangements for studying abroad, if required.
Coordination with Institutions
: Liaise with partner institutions to ensure smooth admissions and timely processing.
Promote Programs
: Actively participate in promotional activities like webinars, workshops, and events to raise awareness about Revopions' educational programs and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
:
Bachelor's Degree
in any field (preferred in Education, Counseling, or related domains).
Experience
: Minimum 1-2 years in a counseling or admissions role, preferably in education or tech-related industries.
Communication Skills
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak with students, parents, and educational institutions in a professional manner.
Interpersonal Skills
: Strong ability to build rapport with students and parents. Empathy and a passion for helping others.
Organizational Skills
: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Knowledge of Educational Programs
: Familiarity with national and international education systems, scholarships, and admissions procedures.
Tech-Savvy
: Comfort with using digital tools and platforms to communicate, track applications, and manage records.
Preferred Qualifications
