Act as a
trusted advisor
throughout the admission process--offering guidance, reminders, and motivation until successful enrollment.
Achieve monthly
enrollment and conversion targets
while maintaining high standards of service quality and student satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of student interactions, progress, and follow-ups using the
CRM system
.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree
in any discipline.
0-2 years
of experience in admissions, academic counseling, customer engagement, or inside sales.
Fresh graduates passionate about helping students shape their academic and career paths are encouraged to apply.
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills in English.
Strong
interpersonal and listening skills
