Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide

accurate and engaging information

about UG and PG programs, including eligibility, curriculum, and career opportunities.

Connect with prospective students

through phone calls, emails, and chat to build rapport and understand their aspirations. Conduct

personalized counseling sessions

to assess each student's academic background, interests, and career goals. Guide students in

selecting the most suitable program

based on their strengths and ambitions. Act as a

trusted advisor

throughout the admission journey--offering updates, reminders, and motivation until successful enrollment. Achieve

monthly enrollment targets

while maintaining a strong focus on student satisfaction and service quality. Maintain

detailed and organized records

of all student interactions and progress in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree

in any discipline

0-2 years of experience

in admissions, academic counseling, customer engagement, or inside sales.

Fresh graduates

passionate about helping students shape their careers are encouraged to apply. Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

in English. Strong

interpersonal and listening skills
