Job Overview

The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in selecting the most suitable psychology courses aligned with their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students, working professionals, and parents on the right learning programs. Conduct needs assessments to understand individual career goals and recommend suitable courses. Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels to achieve enrollment targets. Share detailed information about course structure, duration, content, and expected outcomes. Stay updated on the latest trends in EdTech and psychology education to provide informed advice. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure target achievement. Build and maintain long-term relationships with learners to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Keep records of all interactions and enrollment progress in CRM systems. Offer post-enrollment assistance and handle queries efficiently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferably in Psychology). Minimum 6 months of experience in counseling or EdTech sales. Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and online communication platforms.

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
