Job Description

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role involves handling student inquiries, providing accurate information about programs, courses, and eligibility, and supporting applicants from the first interaction to final enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings regarding courses, eligibility, and admission procedures. Maintain and update student inquiry records and follow up regularly to ensure maximum conversions. Explain program details, curriculum structure, career outcomes, and fee structure to potential candidates. Coordinate with academic departments for admission updates, interviews, and documentation requirements. Conduct campus tours, seminars, and admission events to promote the institute's offerings. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets as per the institute's goals. Maintain a professional, empathetic, and motivating approach while interacting with students and parents. Stay updated with current education trends, competitive institutions, and course offerings.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Education, Marketing, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong counseling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities. Good knowledge of CRM or lead management systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding student service.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or education marketing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
