Engage with leads across various communication channels--phone, email, chat, and social media--to address inquiries and provide timely support.
Conduct one-on-one consultations to help students identify programs aligned with their goals and learning preferences.
Support applicants throughout the enrollment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and informed transition from inquiry to admission.
Maintain regular touchpoints with potential students, nurturing relationships and increasing conversion through consistent follow-ups.
Meet or exceed monthly goals for student enrollments.
Accurately document all interactions and updates within the CRM to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; additional training in counseling, education, or student services is a bonus.
0 to 2 years of experience in student advising, admissions, sales, or customer-facing roles.
Have familiarity with EdTech or the higher education sector (preferred, not essential).
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for building meaningful connections.
Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and have strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads effectively.
