Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification:
Proactively follow up with student inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.Assess student needs and qualify leads for further engagement.
Program Counselling:
Conduct detailed counselling sessions for prospective students and their parents, explaining program details, admissions process, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes.
Sales Closure:
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to final enrollment.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets and KPIs.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system for all leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
