Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Admission Counselor to join our dynamic sales and counseling team in Noida (Sec-62). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the edtech industry, specifically dealing with skill-based courses and high-ticket counseling. This is a performance-driven role, with targets tied to admissions and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:-

Counsel prospective students over calls, emails, and in-person (if needed) regarding our skill-based edtech courses. Understand the student's career goals and suggest the most suitable course(s). Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups and persuasion. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements:-

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the sales of IT Technical Skills-based Courses like- Website Development, Python Programming. Proven experience in selling skill-based courses with high ticket value. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven and self-motivated attitude. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Shift Timings:-

11 AM to 8PM 1 Week off

Note:-

This is a target-based job. Candidates who are not comfortable with sales targets and performance metrics need not apply.

Pay: From ?20,000.00 per month
