Use CRM tools to effectively organize leads, track student progress, set follow-ups, and maintain accurate records to maximize conversion.
Work toward monthly enrollment targets by actively converting leads into successful admissions, using data-driven strategies and timely follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field -- a passion for education is key.
0-2 years of experience in counseling, sales, education, or customer support (freshers encouraged to apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
Strong relationship-building skills and a student-first approach.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to make a difference in learners' lives.
Comfortable using CRM tools or willing to learn quickly (prior experience is a bonus).
