Conduct one-on-one discussions to understand students' educational background, career goals, and learning objectives.
Suggest appropriate programs and certifications tailored to the student's profile and aspirations.
Maintain professional and timely communication with students via phone, email, and chat platforms.
Clearly explain course structures, schedules, pricing, and enrollment procedures to ensure transparency.
Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, follow up consistently, and maintain engagement throughout the student lifecycle.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly enrollment and engagement targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
0-2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or education sales (Freshers are also welcome!)
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong persuasive and decision-influencing abilities
Good time management and follow-up skills
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
