Guide and support students in selecting the right university and course (MBA/PG/UG) based on their career goals.
Provide detailed information about Online NMIMS, Amity Online, D.Y. Patil, Online Manipal, and Uttaranchal Online University programs.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions.
Maintain accurate student records and updates in the CRM.
Build a trustworthy relationship with students and ensure a high level of student satisfaction.
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Coordinate with backend and university teams for smooth admission processing.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of experience in education counseling or EdTech sales (preferably online universities).
Prior experience handling counseling/admissions for NMIMS, Amity Online, Online Manipal, D.Y. Patil, or Uttaranchal Online University is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
Good understanding of CRM systems and lead management tools.
