As the first point of contact for prospective students, you will play a vital role in guiding them through the admission process, providing detailed information about our courses, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students and parents about academic programs. Explain admission procedures, eligibility, and career prospects. Convert leads into admissions by following up regularly and maintaining a strong pipeline. Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
