Role Overview:



The

Admissions Counselor

will be responsible for managing the entire admissions process, from inquiry to enrollment, while providing exceptional support to prospective students and their families. This role plays a critical part in achieving enrollment targets by building strong relationships, effectively communicating the school's offerings, and ensuring a seamless admissions experience.

Qualification:



? Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

? Prior experience in admissions, enrollment management, or customer service preferred.

? Strong understanding of the education sector is an advantage.

and foster positive relationships with parents, students, and colleagues. Proven ability to

meet enrollment targets

and manage the admissions process efficiently. Excellent

Key Responsibility:



Manage and oversee the entire

admissions process

from initial inquiry to final enrollment. Communicate effectively with prospective and current students, parents, and staff to promote and support enrollment efforts. Provide personalized guidance and support to families throughout the application and enrollment process. Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and applications to maintain high conversion rates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions records and reports. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to execute enrollment campaigns and open house events. Achieve or exceed

enrollment targets

through proactive outreach and relationship management. Represent the institution positively in all interactions with external and internal stakeholders.
