Unicent School is a progressive institution committed to delivering holistic education that nurtures intellectual curiosity, emotional growth, and character development. We are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Admission Counselor to be part of our Hafeezpet Campus.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries from prospective parents and provide detailed information about the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission process. Coordinate and conduct school tours for parents and visitors. Maintain and update student admission records, inquiry data, and follow-up status. Achieve admission targets and ensure timely conversions from inquiries to admissions. Counsel parents and students, addressing their queries and guiding them through the admission journey. Plan and execute admission campaigns, promotional events, and school marketing activities. Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students. Prepare and maintain reports on admissions, walk-ins, and conversion ratios for management review.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in any discipline. 2-4 years of experience in admissions counseling, customer service, or educational marketing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools. Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work under targets.
