Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and website leads, understand student needs, and guide them on suitable colleges, courses, and exams. Explain CollegeExam.in services, process, and value proposition clearly and confidently. Maintain daily follow?ups with leads till closure and achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets. Counsel students and parents on eligibility, application timelines, documentation, fee structures, scholarships, and education loans. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, partner colleges) to ensure smooth admission processing. Maintain accurate data and status updates in CRM/Excel and prepare basic reports on leads, calls, and conversions. Stay updated about popular universities, entrance exams, and admission trends in India.
