Handle all admission enquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, online leads) professionally
Act as a single point of contact for parents from enquiry to admission closure
Counsel parents clearly about school curriculum, facilities, and admission process
Communicate confidently in
English, Telugu, and Hindi
Maintain enquiry records, follow-ups, and admission documentation
Coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth admission flow
Support basic administrative tasks related to admissions and office work
Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of enquiries into admissions
Required Skills & Qualities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant, patient, and parent-friendly approach
Organized, responsible, and target-oriented
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
Prior experience in school admissions is an added advantage
