Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Student Counselling & Engagement



Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents. Provide clear, accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career pathways. Conduct in-depth counseling sessions through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. Assist students in identifying suitable programs based on interests and academic background.

Inquiry & Lead Management



Handle incoming inquiries efficiently. Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure a high inquiry-to-application conversion rate. Maintain updated data in the CRM system and ensure complete documentation. Track and manage leads assigned daily and ensure timely follow-up.

Application Assistance



Guide students through the application process, including form filling and document submission. Verify required documents and ensure eligibility criteria are met. Coordinate with academic departments when necessary.

Admissions Coordination



Support admissions events such as entrance tests, counseling days, campus visits, and open houses. Schedule appointments, interviews, and campus tours for prospective students. Help students and parents navigate the enrollment process smoothly.

Communication & Relationship Management



Maintain continuous communication with students/parents throughout the admissions cycle. Share updates on deadlines, exam schedules, scholarships, and important announcements. Build strong rapport that encourages students to choose Sreenidhi University.

Reporting & Documentation



Prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiries, conversions, and follow-up status. Maintain detailed call logs and counselling session notes. Work closely with the Admissions Manager for planning and reviewing progress.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 1-4 years of experience in admissions counselling, student support, or customer-facing roles. Strong communication skills in English and Telugu; Hindi is an advantage. Experience in higher education or academic counselling is highly desirable

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
