Job Description

We are looking for a Student Counselor who will be the first point of contact for students and parents. The ideal candidate will guide them through our courses, explain career opportunities in aviation, and ensure smooth admissions while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online leads. Counsel prospective students and parents about aviation, hospitality, and travel programs. Explain course details, fee structure, and career scope clearly and confidently. Maintain follow-up systems to convert leads into admissions. Coordinate with the marketing and admission team for promotional campaigns. Maintain and update student databases, inquiry sheets, and reports. Support in organizing seminars, orientations, and promotional events. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional counseling and support. Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
