Key Responsibilities:
Guide prospective parents through the admission process with clarity and warmth.
Provide accurate information about the school's curriculum, facilities, and programs.
Handle admission inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Maintain admission records and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
Coordinate campus visits and facilitate parent interactions with the academic team.
Support admission drives, events, and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably in Education or Management).
Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or customer relations (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and passion for connecting with people.
