Key Responsibilities:

Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins, providing accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures. Counsel prospective students and parents to help them make informed academic and career choices. Maintain follow-ups with leads and ensure conversions by nurturing students through the admission journey. Support in building and maintaining a strong prospective student database, ensuring accurate records and timely updates for admissions. Assist in organizing admission events, open houses, webinars, and campus tours. Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to support outreach campaigns. Maintain updated knowledge about college programs, entrance requirements, and industry trends. Manage application processing, documentation, and coordination with internal departments. Achieve student enrollment targets as per the admissions plan.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree (preferred: Education, Management, Psychology, or related fields). 1-3 years of experience in counseling, student admissions, or sales/customer-facing roles (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to guide students effectively. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to use MS Office, CRM, and admission management tools.
