Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound admission inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Schedule and conduct school visits and admission counseling sessions.
Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments through engaging communication.
Manage the entire admission process: applications, assessments, document collection, and fee processing.
Keep updated on school offerings to clearly communicate benefits to parents.
Generate leads through referrals, outreach activities, and local events.
Assist with planning and executing marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and generate reports.
Coordinate with the Sales Head on admissions-related issues and updates.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (education or business is a plus).
Minimum 3 years of experience in school admissions or counseling.
Excellent English, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, persuasive, and comfortable working with targets.
Strong organizational and data management abilities.
