We are seeking a highly motivated

Admissions Officer

with a strong sales background to join our growing institution. In this target-driven role, you will be the key point of contact for prospective students, combining your sales expertise with a passion for education to convert inquiries into enrollments. Your ability to understand student needs, articulate program benefits, and close enrollments will directly contribute to our institutional growth.

Location: Santosh Nagar - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Guide prospective students on available programs, admissions procedures, and potential career opportunities. Conduct personalized consultations to understand individual needs and boost enrollment outcomes. Actively follow up with leads and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment goals. Oversee the end-to-end admissions process with accurate record-keeping in the CRM system. Monitor and assess enrollment data to identify trends and support process optimization. Represent the institution at external events and assist with promotional initiatives. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with students, parents, and academic partners.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of proven experience in education sales or student recruitment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field. Excellent consultative sales skills with the ability to handle objections effectively. Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
