The Preschool Admission Counselor plays a vital role in guiding families through the admissions process and promoting the preschool's programs and values. They serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents, helping them understand the school's offerings, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to inquiries from prospective families via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Conduct school tours and provide detailed information about programs, curriculum, and the school environment.
Guide families through the admissions process, including application submission, interview scheduling, and required documentation.
Maintain accurate records of prospective and enrolled families using CRM or admissions software.
Provide excellent customer service and build relationships that reflect the school's mission and values.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field.
Experience in admissions, or early childhood education preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work with diverse families in a professional and compassionate manner.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and admissions management software.
