Wings of Wonder- The Foundation School, Manikonda

is looking for Admission Counsellor (female only) to join our team and embark on a remarkable career journey.

Candidate must be a Graduate or a Post-Graduate with minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in the schools.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect Outreach:

Candidate must provide information to the prospective parents & actively promote the school's unique features and benefits likely through campus tours.

Admission Process:

Guide prospective parents through the admission process, ensuring all necessary information about the organization is shared along with submission of forms and documentation correctly.

Application Review:

Review the submitted applications, verify the information, and ensure all requirements are met.

Assessment Coordination:

Coordinate and conduct required admission test or assessments for prospective students.

Inquiry Management:

Coordinate with the prospective parents or the inquiries by providing appropriate information and answering the queries regarding the school and admission process.

Campus Tours:

Organize the campus tours for prospective parents, showcasing the school's facilities and academic programs.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of student applications and admission decisions.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster positive relationships.

Understanding of school systems and admissions processes is an advantage.

Ability to provide excellent customer service and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
