Handle admission inquiries from students and parents via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
Follow up on admission leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Assist students with application forms, document verification, and admission formalities.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM or admission registers.
Coordinate with academic departments and accounts team for smooth admission processing.
Participate in admission campaigns, school visits, education fairs, and promotional activities.
Achieve assigned admission targets within deadlines.
Prepare daily and monthly admission reports for management.
Eligibility & Skills:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience in college or educational institute admissions is preferred
Excellent communication and counseling skills
Ability to convince and build rapport with students and parents
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Salary:
As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
