We are looking for a proactive and student-focused
Admission Counselor
to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process for NEET and JEE coaching programs. The role involves handling inquiries, providing course information, and ensuring smooth enrolments while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries from students and parents.
Explain NEET & JEE courses, fee structures, batch timings, and institute benefits.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain admission records and update student data in the system.
Counsel students to help them choose suitable programs based on their goals.
Coordinate with the academic team for demo classes, schedules, and orientation sessions.
Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to overall center growth.
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and education fairs when required.
Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (any discipline).
1-3 years of experience as an Admission Counselor, Academic Counselor, or in a similar role (freshers can also apply if communication skills are strong).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Basic computer knowledge and experience in CRM or MS Office.
Target-oriented mindset with good convincing skills.
