Counseling and communication:

Act as the first point of contact for students and families, providing information and guidance through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Application management:

Assist students with the application process, review credentials, verify information, and manage application status in the admissions database.

Recruitment and outreach:

Organize and conduct campus tours, informational sessions, and participate in college fairs and other recruitment events to attract potential students.

Relationship building:

Build rapport with prospective students and their families to help them make informed decisions about their academic path.

Collaboration:

Work with other university departments to ensure accurate program information is shared with applicants.

Target achievement:

Contribute to achieving enrollment targets set by the management.
