Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound and respond to inbound client calls using customized approaches tailored to elite clients.
Build trust and strong relationships through active listening and understanding individual client preferences.
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems and manage follow-ups diligently.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service departments to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Resolve client issues efficiently, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
Achieve KPIs related to client engagement, satisfaction, conversion, and retention to earn incentives.

Negotiation and sales closing ability over the phone.
Analytical skills to interpret client feedback and personalize service delivery.
Patience, empathy, and resilience in managing complex or sensitive client interactions.
