What You'll Do

Guide students and job seekers with personalized career counseling sessions Create customized action plans aligned with their strengths and goals Drive strategic outreach to meet sales targets and promote educational offerings Collaborate with HR and faculty to facilitate internships and placements Stay ahead of market trends to advise on industry-relevant pathways Lead initiatives like career fairs, employer outreach & alumni networking Keep records updated for leads, feedback, and counseling progress

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's or Master's degree with a heart for helping others Strong interpersonal and communication skills Target-driven mindset with resilience under pressure Minimum 1 year of experience in Career Counseling or B2C Sales

Compensation: ?15,000 - ?22,000/month, with attractive incentive schemes
