. You will be responsible for guiding applicants through the admissions journey, offering career-oriented advice, and driving successful enrollments through consultative engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Consultation:
Engage with prospective students to understand their academic background, career aspirations, and skill gaps to recommend suitable programs.
Program Advisory:
Provide accurate, detailed information about curriculum structure, learning outcomes, career paths, and certification value for each technical course.
Lead Management:
Efficiently manage and nurture incoming leads from various sources (website, webinars, campaigns, referrals) using CRM tools.
Conversion & Enrollments:
Drive admissions by converting qualified leads into confirmed enrollments through follow-ups, personalized counselling, and addressing objections.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain detailed records of all student interactions and progress within the admissions funnel to support timely decision-making.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with academic, marketing, and product teams to align on program updates, student feedback, and promotional activities.
Event Participation:
Represent the institution during open houses, webinars, info sessions, and career workshops to promote programs and engage potential candidates.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about the latest trends in technology education and job market demands to provide relevant guidance to prospects.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in admissions counselling (mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).
Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to handle objections.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management.
