We are looking for a smart, energetic and responsible
Admission Executive
to join our student admissions team. You will be the first point of contact for incoming leads, responsible for explaining course details, converting enquiries into admissions, and providing administrative support during and after onboarding.
Responsibilities:
Handle
incoming and outgoing phone calls
to students and parents regarding course enquiries.
Clearly
explain drone course details, fees & benefits
and convince potential leads to take admission.
Follow up with leads regularly through
calls, WhatsApp and messages
and maintain daily call records.
Maintain lead status in
Excel/CRM sheets
with accurate data and timely follow-up entries.
Coordinate with instructors and admin team for
batch scheduling
and
student communication
.
Collect student documents, share
payment links
, confirm fee receipts and support during the admission process.
Maintain basic office documentation and administrative tasks related to student admission and DGCA compliance.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a
professional, friendly and responsible manner
.
Requirements:
Good
communication skills in Tamil & basic English
Comfortable making
30-40 calls per day & following instructions
Knowledge of
MS Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business
Responsible, punctual and able to work
Monday - Saturday (9 AM - 6 PM)
Fresher or 0-2 years of experience in
telecalling / counselling / admission / customer support
Female candidates preferred | Coimbatore locals only or Willing to relocate to Saibaba colony, Coimbatore
Salary:
Fresher: ?10,000 per month (probation - 3 months)
