Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries, concerns, and academic guidance
Provide comprehensive information about courses, study plans, schedules, faculty, and institute policies
Offer academic counseling and emotional support to help students stay motivated and focused
Conduct regular follow-ups with both prospective and enrolled students to maintain engagement and satisfaction
Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to resolve academic issues and share student feedback
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, student progress, and follow-up actions
Assist with the admissions process by handling walk-ins, responding to inquiries, and supporting enrollments
Plan and execute motivational sessions or check-ins to boost student morale and retention
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred fields: Psychology, Education, or related areas)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
Strong interpersonal skills, with empathy and a genuine interest in student success
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), email tools, and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and maintain a student-focused approach
