Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for student queries and concerns.
Provide clear and detailed information about courses, study plans, schedules, faculty, and institute guidelines.
Counsel students on both academic and personal issues, offering motivational and emotional support when needed.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and current students to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
Work closely with faculty and administrative staff to address student-related matters and coordinate feedback.
Keep accurate documentation of counseling interactions, student feedback, and follow-up actions.
Assist the admissions team by managing walk-ins, handling inquiries, and supporting course enrollment efforts.
Organize motivational check-ins and sessions to maintain high student morale and retention.
Qualifications & Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Psychology, Education, or related disciplines).
Excellent communication skills in both English and the local language.
Strong interpersonal abilities with a high degree of empathy and a genuine passion for student welfare.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), email platforms, and CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask effectively, and maintain a professional demeanor in a student-facing role.
