Stay updated on current employment trends, industry demands, and educational opportunities to provide accurate guidance

Maintain confidential and detailed records of candidate interactions, assessments, and progress

Conduct one-on-one meeting with candidates to assess candidates' interests, skills, values, and personality traits, aiding them in making informed career decisions.
