The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of NEET/JEE programs and be confident in identifying and addressing the academic needs of students through meaningful conversations with their parents.
The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a persuasive attitude to guide parents toward making informed decisions. A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow is essential, as is a commitment to achieving individual and team milestones in a professional manner.
