Role Overview
As an
Academic Counselor
, you will play a key role in guiding aspiring learners toward the right upskilling programs that align with their career goals. You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping professionals make informed decisions about their future.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with
80-100 prospective learners daily
via calls and video interactions
Understand learners' career aspirations, experience, and educational background
Provide
consultative counseling
and recommend suitable courses
Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
Achieve and exceed
monthly targets
Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in the CRM system
Collaborate with team members to improve conversion strategies
Who Can Apply
Fresh graduates
looking to build a career in EdTech, counseling, or inside sales
Experienced candidates (0-3 years)
from B2C sales, EdTech, or related fields
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
Energetic, goal-oriented, and motivated individuals with a growth mindset
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (
mandatory
)
Prior sales or EdTech experience is a plus, but
not required for freshers
Comprehensive training will be provided
