A Counselor and Telecaller in a school primarily acts as a liaison between the school and prospective students/parents, using telecalling to generate leads and provide information on admissions and academic programs, while also offering

Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, maintaining student databases, achieving enrollment targets, and coordinating with admission teams to facilitate the enrollment process.

Lead Generation and Outreach:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce the school's programs, curriculum, and services.

Information Dissemination:

Provide accurate and detailed information about courses, fees, admission procedures, and other school-related queries.

Counseling and Guidance:

Offer academic and career guidance to students, assessing their interests and abilities to help them choose suitable programs and develop educational plans.

Admissions Support:

Guide students and parents through the entire enrollment process, assist with applications, and ensure timely completion of necessary documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
