Counselors
to join our team. This role involves managing student queries, providing guidance, and supporting candidates throughout their decision-making journey. This position is ideal for

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound queries from students and professionals
Understand candidate requirements and guide them toward suitable MBA programs
Provide clear, accurate, and ethical counseling
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates
Update and manage candidate information in the system
Work closely with the team to achieve counseling and enrollment goals
Eligibility & Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the education counseling domain
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM is a plus)
