About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven

Female Admission cum Centre Manager

with 1-2 years of proven experience in managing operations, counselling, and business development for a vocational training, education centre or Beauty & Wellness. The role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to ensure superior student and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel and convert walk-in and enquiry leads into admissions Manage the centre's day-to-day operations efficiently Coordinate and oversee all aspects of centre functioning Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to generate enquiries Ensure prompt follow-up and conversion of leads Prepare and implement the monthly business plan for the centre Supervise the smooth conduct of classes and faculty schedules Monitor student attendance and academic progress Maintain a positive and engaging centre environment for students and staff Drive internal course upgrades and upskilling initiatives Oversee inventory, stock of consumables, and product requirements Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the entire centre Submit timely reports to the management and adhere to operational standards

Desired Candidate Profile

10+2, Graduate or Postgraduate (preferred in Management / Education / Retail / Hospitality) 1-2 years of proven experience in Counselor, centre management or similar role Excellent communication, counselling, and leadership skills Strong business acumen and marketing orientation Energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused
