Job Description

The Admission Counselor will be responsible for handling admission-related inquiries, counseling parents and students, and converting leads into confirmed admissions. The role requires effective communication, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate admission records.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls related to school admissions. Counsel parents and students regarding admission procedures, curriculum, fees, and school facilities. Follow up on admission inquiries and ensure maximum lead conversion. Schedule school visits, campus tours, and meetings with parents. Maintain and update admission data, calling sheets, and lead records accurately. Coordinate with the admission and academic teams for smooth admission processes. Address parent queries professionally and resolve concerns in a timely manner. Meet daily/weekly admission targets and reporting requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (preferred). Proven experience as a Telecaller, Admission Counselor, or similar role (school experience is an advantage). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (local language knowledge is a plus). Strong convincing and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, calling software, and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

As per school working hours (flexibility may be required during peak admission periods).

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
