We are looking for a motivated and empathetic

Counselor

to guide students/clients in building strong profiles and making informed academic or career decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for counseling and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students/clients regarding profile building and career/academic options Understand client background, goals, and preferences Provide guidance on applications, profiles, and next steps Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions Follow up with clients and ensure satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Psychology, or related field preferred) 1-3 years of experience in counseling, education, or customer interaction (freshers with strong skills may apply) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored guidance Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
