Career Point World School, Jodhpur is looking for a dynamic and student-centric

Admission Counselor

to manage the school's admission process and support parents and students through effective counseling and communication. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, organized, and passionate about education.

Key Responsibilities

Handle admission inquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails, and online platforms Counsel parents and students regarding curriculum, admission procedures, and school policies Manage the complete admissions process from inquiry to enrollment Maintain accurate student admission records and databases Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding Conduct school tours and support admissions events and open houses Follow up with prospective parents to achieve admission targets Prepare admission reports and daily follow-up status
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred) Minimum 1-3 years of experience in school admissions or counseling (preferred) Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications Well-organized with attention to detail
