Welcome walk-ins and leads sent by the telecalling team.
Conduct detailed counseling sessions to understand learner goals.
Present the right program offerings and explain benefits & outcomes.
Handle objections, clarify doubts, and guide them through the decision-making process.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate admission records and update CRM.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of counseling/admissions experience in EdTech.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have experience in student counselling specifically for Digital Marketing programs, including explaining course structures and career paths.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Knowledge of student behavior and decision-making patterns.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
