About the Role

We are hiring an experienced and confident Admission Counselor (minimum 1 year experience required) who can guide students, handle inquiries, and convert leads into admissions.
This is a

target-based role

, and salary will depend on target achievement.

Key Responsibilities

Handle student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins Explain courses, fees, benefits, and admission process Convert leads into confirmed admissions Maintain inquiry records and follow-ups Achieve monthly admission targets Assist and guide students throughout the admission journey Coordinate with academic and admin teams

Skills Required

Minimum 1 year experience as an Admission Counselor

Excellent communication (Hindi/English) Strong convincing & follow-up skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel/MS Office) Professional and target-oriented approach

Salary Release Policy (Updated Professional Version)

"Upon achieving 50% of the monthly target, the full monthly salary will be released. If the minimum 50% target is not achieved, salary will not be processed as per company policy."
