Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic

Counselor

to join our team at our Vaishali Nagar branch. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for guiding and helping individuals make informed decisions. Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling and guidance to students/clients based on their needs Explain services, courses, or programs offered Handle walk-ins, phone inquiries, and follow-up calls Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups Build strong rapport with students and parents Coordinate with the internal team for smooth operations

Requirements:

Good communication skills in

English

(both verbal and written) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to handle client queries with confidence and professionalism Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emails, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduation in any field Experience in counseling, sales, or customer service is a plus (not mandatory)
