: Admission Counselor (Work From Home)

Experience

:

Fresher and candidates with experience in sales or admission counseling

LAPTOP AND WIFI IS MUST , ONE SIm for calling.

Daily KRA S: 1. Calls (New leads, follow up, rest payment, renewals/extensions/old rest payment)- 120- it will be shown in app. 2. Talk time- 3 hrs - it will be shown in app. 3. Counsellngs (online )- if 2 or 3 students are taking counselling together then the counselling will be considered (CCTV and Google meet recording will be used). Note: For 1 Counselling, 30 minute talk time and 20 calls will be reduced. if data is not there then whatsapp us in group , we will upload data in app immediately

As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for conducting

virtual counseling sessions

with potential students, guiding them through the admission process, providing information about courses, and assisting them in making informed decisions. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

In addition, you will be required to

record the counseling sessions

and

submit the call recordings

for review and quality monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

:

Conduct

virtual counseling sessions

(via video calls, emails, and chats) with prospective students. Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to admissions. Counsel students on available courses, programs, and admissions procedures. Maintain and update student records in the CRM system. Provide detailed information on courses, eligibility, and deadlines. Follow up with leads and prospects to increase conversions. Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely processing of admissions. Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and admissions.

Record all counseling sessions

and

submit the call recordings

as required.

Requirements

:

Must have a laptop and a reliable Wi-Fi connection

.

Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle inquiries and follow-up calls efficiently.

Fresher or experience in sales or admission counseling

. Graduate degree in any field.
